Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases and subscriptions to Sanaq (“Service”), operated by Pavel Traskou (“Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Merchant of Record

All payments for Sanaq subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle manages billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

Refunds, when approved, are processed through Paddle using the original payment method.

2. Subscription Model

Sanaq is a subscription-based software service.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree that:

  • Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annual);

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date;

  • Access to the Service continues until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Trial Period

New users may receive a 7-day Trial Period.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends:

  • The Subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan;

  • The payment method provided at checkout will be charged.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted at our discretion under reasonable circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments;

  • Verified technical issues that prevent access to core Service functionality;

  • Billing errors confirmed by the Provider or Paddle.

Refund requests must generally be submitted within 14 days from the date of the transaction.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are typically not provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods already used;

  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal;

  • Changes in business decisions or inactivity;

  • Misconfiguration of pricing, loyalty, or POS settings by the User.

Nothing in this section limits rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Account email address

  • Transaction ID or receipt

  • Description of the issue

We may request additional information to verify eligibility.

7. Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued via Paddle;

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund unless eligibility criteria are met.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
